BFC Group has an active practice in helping companies at different developmental stages raise capital to grow the company to the next stage. We invest a significant amount of our time to work with the company management team, the client’s key customers, industry leaders, and other key stake holders to try to understand the company’s products, and the market feedback. A solid understanding of our client’s products and the underlying technology will help us gain an extensive understanding of the market opportunities with the client’s products or technology.  We will then work with the management team to develop a solid business plan.  Our goal is to help our clients develop a business plan with a clear market position of its product/technology so that potential investors can easily understand. 

 

We also work with our clients to select the best financing strategy based on the product, company development stage, market dynamics and financing environment.  We will then develop a short list of potential investors including PE, VC, strategic investors, and high net-worth individual/angel investors.  We coordinate the entire process of road show, due diligence, term sheet negotiation, definitive agreement negotiation, and closing.
